POST-DATED CHEQUES AND FORMS ARE DUE UPON REGISTRATION

INCLUDED IN TUITION FEES:

-    CASA FIELD TRIPS:  Entrance fees, the cost of busing, and any special presentations     brought to the school are included.

-    TODDLER SNACKS:  The school will provide daily snacks for the toddlers.

-    CAPITAL FUND:  A reserve used to replace Montessori materials as needed.

-    ALL ELEMENTARY FIELD TRIPS & ACTIVITIES:  The elementary class participates in a number of enrichment programs.  They travel by bus to swimming lessons.  A specialist comes to the school for art lessons, and a physical activity program is provided by Dash Sports.  Activities may vary slightly by year, but all these programs are included in tuition fees.  Entrance fees and busing for field trips, and any special presentations brought to the school are also included, as is the cost of any music supplies such as recorders or books.

FAMILY RATE:

The Family Rate is applicable when more than one child is registered.  There is a 15% reduction in tuition fees only for the 2nd child and a 50% reduction for each additional child attending the school in the same academic year.

EXTENDED CARE:

  • An hourly rate of $7.00 will be charged for use of Extended Care services

($3.50 for second/third child).

  • Families have the option of paying a flat fee of $1,000 for before school care (8:00 – 9:00) and / or $2,000 for after school care (3:30 – 5:30).  There is a 50% reduction for a second or third child.

Payment may be made in full, or monthly as per Plan A of the academic fee schedule.

RECEIPTS FOR INCOME TAX PURPOSES:
  • Receipts are to be issued in the name(s) signed on the “Terms of Enrolment” page of the Registration Package.
  • For Tuition:  Receipts are issued by February 28th of the current school year, and are pro-rated to reflect the amount of tuition used in the applicable tax year.
  • Receipts for all Extended Care charges will be issued by February 28th of the current school year for the amount used in the applicable tax year.
  • Receipts will not be issued where there are any outstanding fees.

PAYMENT:

Payment of fees must accompany the application for enrollment form.

Late fees: 10% per month.

NSF CHEQUES:

A penalty of $25 per cheque will be charged for the first NSF cheque, and a penalty of $50 will be charged for second and subsequent NSF cheques.
